Access to clean water services saves lives and offers people opportunities to produce an income. Water allows for general health of the community, as well as farming and agricultural development including livestock and trades such as brick making. To date, we have drilled 60 working water wells and prepared 13 new sites for new wells and are have plans for many more. UCSS wells serve over 100,000 people in Uganda each year. We are seeing waterborne illnesses decrease significantly in communities with adequate access to clean water.
